Well, what a crazy week! We had lots of ups and downs, and plenty of miracles to get us through. We have invited a lot of people to get baptized lately but they still just aren’t quite sure if it’s the decision they want to take. I know they will get their answers though!
This week we also had an amazing correlation with some of the leaders in the ward. They are so sweet and love helping the missionaries. One of them started giving us this pep talk out of nowhere and he told us that he sees us as the 2,000 stripling warriors. It was so cute!
We also went to MLC, in Bayamon this time. I learned a lot as always, and hope that I can convey the things we were inspired with to our zone so that they can continue working hard! It has been a crazy week, because we had intercambios as well. I had to drive! Y’all know I hate driving, and even less so in Puerto Rico when it is pouring rain, but we all made it out alive and I am actually more confident in my Boricuan driving skills now, so time to take on the next exchange that we have this week!
Another crazy event from this past week was a huge devotional about the Restoration of the Gospel that we pulled off. It was a lot of work but it was so worth it because members from almost every ward/branch in the stake brought friends who aren’t members of the church and they all left with copies of the Book of Mormon in hand! We had quick talks about each point with a musical number in between and the Spirit was so strong that people were crying! Pablo is such an amazing missionary already and he brought and introduced his friend to us! That is the wonderful thing about the gospel, is that once it truly affects your life, you just have this desire to keep sharing the goodness with everyone you meet!
