First of all, I am really sorry if I don’t get to respond to many of you, I am typing on the worst keyboard ever and I barely have any time.
This has been one of the most incredible weeks of my life! We got to hear from our prophet, President Russell M. Nelson!
We also found a lot of really cool people this week! Another thing that happened this week was that the brother-in-law of the member we live with was working outside in the rain and he fell! It’s a miracle that we were still at home because we were able to help him. He has special needs and is like 84, and he was covered in blood! He broke his nose and injured his hand, so it is a really good thing that we were able to help him. We also had a cool experience at our English class. Our mission president’s cousin came to the English class and she told us afterwards that she had questions for us and would like to meet! We’re so excited! This week we also had exchanges and I went to Juncos with Hermana Guido. It was a long, hot day and we spent hours painting a house. But, it was good overall.
Anyway, on to the highlights from Elder Renlund and President Nelson, which will be the actually exciting part of my email, today haha. We got to watch a broadcast from Santo Domingo for all the missionaries on Saturday and then he came to San Jan to visit all of us in PR on Sunday! It was without a doubt, one of the most spiritual experiences of my life!
Actually, I am running out of time!! I will send a letter with my top notes and have my dad upload it this week. Sorry for teasing you all! I promise it will be worth the wait!
